the retiring vs. booting thing is something i picked up while discussing the glitch with others.

i've also seen users "rage quit retire" and come back with all of their points. they also had created coaches but rejoined as their old coach (they didn't create a new one the second time around).

I think it's worth a shot in supporters....especially the offseason thing. it won't hurt given the major advantage you would get with points.
