Holy Lord! That is the most amazing gameplay video I have ever seen. Can you imagine if MLB or MVP looked like that? The animations are breath taking. Notghing we have ever had in the states (PC or console) even holds a candle to that. I assume the only way you can play it is with a modded PS2 or XBOX. If so, I might be chippin'! I know a few people have commented about this series in the past. Has anyone played it?

Since Konami is not a 1st party developer then we have no chance of seeing this game made into an American version. The game looked AWESOME though. I wouldn't mind seeing this game made into an American version but unless Nintendo, Sony, or Microsoft buys Konami this is not going to happen.

if any of you like soccer, than you should know Winning Eleven, Konami(JP) is just amazing doing sports games...if any of you experinced the gameplay of winning eleven than you know what to exepct from this game!! perfection!

WE8 maybe the greatest console sports game I have ever played.

One of the coolest things I liked about that preview video of that Konami baseball game is how the shape of the bat is shown as a placeholder for where the swing of the bat was going to go through. Seems more realistic to me than regular cursor batting.

When does this game get released in Japan?

and yes you ll need a modded ps2, becasue this game is NTSC-J , what means that its for japanese ps2...
to mod your ps2 you need a modchip, mine has DMS3 , works perfectly!(btw its kind of iligal)
