We don't know yet they haven't really said yet, I wanna know the same thing. One thing they did say is that you can have control over roster management and some other areas of all the teams, but as far as multi-player franchise we'll have to wait and see.

THEY BETTER DO I KNOW WSB DONT HAVE AND I THINK MVP HAS BUT IT DONT MATTER BECAUSE ITS NOT FOR THE GC AND HH I DONT THINK IM GOING TO BUY THAT GAME

P.J. Snavely: Yes – starting a franchise gives you the option to control your team or all teams."
