I only have the PS4 version of MLB The Show 22 and it definitely is fantastic! I love the deep franchise mode ... download real-named prospects for AA and AAA.

All Star Baseball 2005 is still my favorite baseball game.

Tony La Russa/Hardball III/Sportstalk Baseball/MLB The Show series are all among 2nd in line

For me, The Show 22. And I think it finally surpasses MVP 2005 for me. It's always been neck and neck. But 22 is just such a great game of baseball between the lines.

At one point, for many years, World Series Baseball 98 for the Saturn was my all time favorite baseball game. I know not many had the Saturn, but man was it good. If you ever get a chance, give it a shot.

but really, it would be very easy for any Show year 17-22 to push Show 12 out of the top 3, I mainly keep 12 in because of the Vita version

This was a tough decision. To play as players on the field, I love MVP 07: NCAA Baseball. To be a GM and a true franchise experience, I love Out of the Park Baseball. To be a manager, I still love Strat-o-Matic board games (haven't tried digital yet). I still play all three throughout the year.

I also enjoy MLBTS '20 and '22, but they aren't deep enough for me. Gameplay is great, but I'm not a huge fan much beyond that. I've also started messing around with other baseball simulations recently like Dombrov Baseball and Action! PC Baseball. I want to try Diamond Mind Baseball or Digital Diamond Baseball, but haven't found the time to purchase and play them yet.
