Ya, and also, say it is 24-23 and one second left. Team A misses the field goal to win the game. Team B now can put their kicker in the endzone to try so he can try to get the missed attempt and he is allowed to kick the ball back out of the endzone. If he does, the point will not count.
Its kind of a weird rule, and it allows for weird situations. I belive last year, in the final seconds of a game, a Calgary player decided to kick the ball into the endzone to win it or tie it (cant remember) but the officials said he was past the line of scrimmage. I think that's how it went, but I might be wrong. I pay a lot more attention to the Roughriders then the rest of the league.
