If I was a CFL GM I would put TO on my neg list. I think the chances are slim Owens would come to the CFL but there's no harm in claiming his rights.

I wish the CFL would make the teams disclose which teams hold the rights to which players. I do know the Esks have the rights to Michael Vick.

What's the use of doing that. There's no way in hell that the CFL would ever get a big time NFL player to come up north. It's just a waste of time IMO.

If the CFL had the kind of salary structure that can support doing that then i'd say go for it but that's never gonna happen so why bother.

I highly doubt Owens would ever play in the CFL but he might give it a thought if no NFL team picks him up next season. Of course he would have to take a huge pay cut. The CFL salary cap is a huge joke so I could see the Renegades trying to make a big splash. Their were reports they were willing to offer Jesse Palmer over $500,000 per season.

I never thought Andre "Bad Moon" Rison would play in the CFL. But of course he was washed up when he came here unlike TO.

In my opinion, TO's entirely too proud to ever consider the CFL.

hahah TO wont come to the CFL, I'm sure he has better things to do in his mind than play up here. He is probably worth more than the CFL too.

You don't have to worry about him or any other good player going to the cfl.
