I have to disagree with Theisman.

How the hell is Williams a disgrace to the game? Theisman is talking out of his ***.

I somewhat agree, Argos are only doing it for ticket sales. Plus, jersey is already a top seller; even Americans are trying to order those jerseys. Can't wait to get mine...

I don't know if I agree entirely, but clearly Theismann still has some love in his heart for the Argos and doesn't want to see their name besmirched in any way.

Asianflow, I thought you were a Seahawks fan. What's up with the avatar? Did you lose a bet?

It's obvious they signed Williams to make money but to also improve the team.

I'm just giving a little bit of man-love to TO.

Theisman proved he's a complete blowhard with that interview. You shoulda heard the tone of voice, in fact you can over here:

The Fan 590

Scroll down a bit it's the 2nd audio link

Theisman is so hipocritical as he's ripping Ricky for doing marijuana when there are tons of NFL guys who've done worse things. I think he said all this stuff just to get a reaction because he can't be serious.

Especially when his own co-worker (Michael Irvin) probably smokes more marijuana than Ricky Williams.

Re: Theisman rips Argos for Williams move

IMO, they shouldn't even test for marijuana. It's not anything performance enhancing. People use the "bad example for young people because they look up to him" excuse but I don't buy it. The only reason we know about Ricky's smoking habits is because he tested positive and the NFL made it public.

I'm all for testing the performance enhancing and even hard drugs, but marijuana is neither.

To me theisman is trying to do either three things, one get attention(he is obviously doing that)two get fired or three tick people off o they will listen to his next rant. He's doing a good job. I expect him to rip on TO soon then maybe santonio holmes
