Well I just had a super-close game last night in my season. Giants (me) vs. Eagles. I couldn't complete a pass, everything I threw my WRs dropped. Very annoying. The CPU ran the ball well (the QB is very much like QB Eagles from TSB) and had a chance to tie the game late. Down 14-6 they scored to get it to 14-12 but instead of going for 2 and the tie, they kicked the PAT. I recovered the onsides kick and ran the clock out. I would've liked to have seen the CPU recognize they needed to go for 2 and attempt the 2-point conversion.

For those that have played through a season, did you see many injuries? I've played 7 games now and haven't had one guy go out. Also, did you earn extra stat points throughout the season, or just at the end? I haven't received any extra ability points since my season began.

Here's my question. When I went into edit the Washington Players, I used the additional points the had. I noticed that the other teams have some additional skill points too, but not quite as many. Are additional points earned in game play? Is there some way to have the computer allocate these additional points to make all the teams better?

Every player on your team receives 12 attribute points at the end of each season up to a maximum of 5 seasons.

The total amount of points you can allocate to a single stat category also increases by 5 at the end of season (it's starts at 75 and caps at 100).

As for injuries, I saw only two in my first season:

1) I sacked an opposing QB and knocked him out of the game.

2) My WR got knocked out of a game but came back the next week.

I'm not sure whether or not CPU teams earn attribute points each year, but if they are getting some points, they definitely don't spend them.

I think I'm the first person on the planet to notice this, but EVERY simulated season game between the CPU ends in 3 scores (17-7, 17-14 and 24-14) and WORSE than that the SAME EXACT STATS are accumulated for each game (3 different stat sets....one for each game).

SIM A WEEK AND WATCH!

Ridiculous. THAT is basically a game killer....the other teams don't even accumulate stats based on skill....at all.

Those are mostly the scores you'll see, but I've seen lots of other scores as well.
