Tecmo Bowl Throwback Interview Questions

1. Is there player progression?
2. How did it come about Southend Inc. being chosen as the developers of this very important franchise and do you feel you can put your name even higher on the map with this game and become one of the elite developers on XBL and PSN? It would definitely look good on the resume if you guys resurrect and deliver on this game.
3. What was your primary goal going into development of this game? Please say fun factor amongst other things.

1. Will there be variable weather effects and will it affect gameplay? If so is the weather dynamic meaning could a game start off clear but later in the game rain or snow. Variable levels of rain and snow would be so freaking cool!
2. Can tipped passes be intercepted. I know this has never been in any of the prior games. I do think it would add another level of excitement if on occasion a tipped pass could be intercepted or show an animation of a defender bobbling a tipped pass with his hands flailing only for the ball to fall out of his grasp.
3. I hope you guys fit as many animations as possible into this game. How many can we expect?
4. Sorry for all my questions but I've been waiting for years, more like over a decade for a new Tecmo Bowl that could make the fans of the series proud and I think Southend Inc. could be up to the task. These questions have been playing in my head for as long as I can remember.

Can you edit team uniforms?
Can you choose who to send to the Pro Bowl?

Does Marino still get his special sound effect when he's on good or excellent when throwing? The super high pitch zing? This is if I replicate Dan the man of course....

Just like when Marino throws a tight spiral they should have ball animations or physics for dead ducks or wobbly passes. These passes would obviously have less of a chance of getting caught unless your a star receiver.

There's some great ideas in this thread for a future Tecmo Bowl (next year's game?) but based on what I've seen I doubt any of it will be in this version. I doubt there'll be unique plays for each team or even that there will be a nickel or dime defense like in TSB III. Be awesome if that stuff was in the game, though.
