There aren't any for the next gen, but you could check out Arena Football or Arena football Road to Glory for the PS2.

Road to Glory was really good on PS2. I'd definitely pick it up if I didn't already have it.

The only arena games are on the PS2/xbox. EA Sports Arena Football and Arena Football Road to Glory. Both are pretty good games, it's basically Madden with arena league teams, players, and gameplay.
