Pro Football Simulator - 2011 Update

BarcodeGames is happy to announce the May release of Professional Football Simulator (PFS)!!

The latest version of the game includes a great new feature to create and maintain historical leagues. A new database of over 20,000 players from football history is now available to create leagues with or to import draft classes from.

The latest update also includes many UI fixes to make the game even easier to use, and numerous engine tweaks for performance and accuracy.

If you haven't played this game give it a go, at least the demo. Especially with the new historical features.

Very easy to edit things to how you want. Love it!

Can someone give me some thoughts on the solo aspect of PFS? How it compares to FOF for instance? Thanks!!

From the feedback I've gathered, the game stands up very well to FOF, but they really are two different games.

Some folks will want the depth and detail of FOF, while others will appreciate the simplicity and range of customizations of PFS.

For PFS, most of the recent comments I've received relate to players recreating seasons of their favorite teams (The '85 Bears, the 90's Cowboys, etc.) and seem to really enjoy that aspect of the game.

I've been pleading for a game like this from the OOTP developers forever. I am definitely picking this one up as it does look like what I have been asking for. I just found FBCB which does college basketball very well...with this game, I may be set in having all of my sports text sims. The only concern I have is that it doesn't have the following a game like OOTP has. Keep up the marketing blitz and hitting forums. Word of mouth will get around in time.
