Can someone please help me.
I live in Europe and usually play US people and they complain about lag in games that I host.
I dont have any lag though.

I have a usual ADSL connection.

Grateful for help.

I have solved it

So please do not have any more sleepless nights for me.
Please do not take a day off work to think about this.
