Re: Joe Montana Football 16: First In-Game Screenshot?

This is a very interesting screenshot. We don't know when in their development this was taken. All that I can see is its detailed enough to be a PC/Console (X1) game. Even tho those are generic teams in a generic stadium. Still they a NFL Hall of Famer in Joe Montana as the QB (I know it's his game but still). So that could mean it only has legends & past NFL players like APF 2K. But it also brings in the theory of having both legends & current up to date NFL players to be on par with EA.

What's going to make or break the game for me are the animations. If we can get realistic tackles that reflect the violent hits of football not that pinball stuff that happens in Madden I'll be sold. In any case I'm just excited to have an alternative choice! It will be nice to see a fresh direction on the game we all love!

Damon said there would be something soon coming out that would make the game more clearer and then he said it will make it unclear too.

I like what I see, still some more questions need answered.

Screenshot really doesnt do anything for me.

I mean, it looks decent, but there is really nothing to take away from it. As stated, screenshot may not even be really new, and it could be used to throw people off.

Time will tell.

I'm really not going to read to much into the first screenshot. It just let's us know there will possibly be an alternative for what we have already. I'll just be following this a lot closer.

What a load, they could've at least shot down the rumors instead of us speculating . Although I wish they just would have team colors and city names than fake team colors and names. Like red and white for sf like the old joe montana game
