All 3 brands have agreed upon the following rules for the title defenses for this month with it being the first month of the Champions PPV Series.
The PPV title defense will be against the people who win the 4way contenders match.
The final week of the month will consist of titles matches against whoever is ranked the highest in their divisions.
The final title match will take place at the GMs discretion

SMACKdown:
The SMACKdown Women’s Title till be awarded this week in a 2-3 falls match between Mickie James and Beth Phoenix


NXT:
It sounds like several NXT starts are going to be brought up to the main shows by the end of the month.
NXT is going to get in the spirit of the Championship PPV Series and have several title matches this month.
NXT will begin a tag contenders tournament this week.

Angelina hit her finisher for the win to retain. WINNER AND STILL VIXEN’S CHAMPION: Angelina Love Match 4: Goldust v. Cody Rhodes - Goldust wasn’t coming in to this match looking to talk to his brother and the two battled back and forth with much brotherly hate. The end came when Cody was able to hit the CrossRhodes again. WINNER: Cody Rhodes Match 5: Raw Tag Team Title Match: Tons of Funk © v. Shield - Rollins and Reigns took Tons of Funk for granted on Sunday and this week would not be the same. They came out with aggression but were once again dominated early by the size of Tons of Funk as Tensai and Clay both hit several big power moves. SHIELD were able to use some underhanded moves and well timed double teams in order to regain the belts. The finish came when Rollings hit a sliced bread maneuver in the middle of the ring and made the pin before Clay could make the save. WINNER AND NEW RAW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS: SHIELD Match 6: CM Punk v. Dean Ambrose - The rivalry between these two men continues on RAW and Punk is in control early hitting a huge suplex and then counters an Ambrose reversal attempt. Punk hit a big neckbreaker. Ambrose goes to the eyes to get the advantage, then hits a power bomb and chokes him on the mat. Punk got sent over the ropes and Ambrose took the fight to him although Punk fought back with a bulldog and float over DDT then whipped Ambrose into the metal corner post. Punk connects with a few well placed kicks, then a flying elbow for a 2 count. Punk puts Ambrose up for the GTS and picks up a big win over the US Champion. Punk panders to the crowd then mocks Ambrose with a GTS sign. WINNER: CM Punk Match 7: John Cena v. Ryback - Since attacking Cena weeks ago Ryback hasn’t been able to pick up much more momentum. Ryback tried an early attack but Cena took it to him early with a series of moves taking Ryback down several times. Ryback fights back and hits a huge backchop and backdrop followed by a series of punches. Cena gets back in control and hits a delay suplex on Ryback and whips him into the ropes then throws him into the post between the ropes. Cena is in full control and whips him into the corner again. Ryback fights back and whips Cena into the corner but misses a spear. Cena back in control but Ryback hits a belly to belly suplex and a series of headbutts. Cean gets to his feet and immediately puts a charging Ryback in the Attitude Adjustment but only get s a two count. Ryback gets to his feet and throws Cena down hard and gets a 2 count of his own. The match goes back and forth for several minutes until Ryback hits the Shellshock then stomps on Cena and gets the tree count. WINNER:

GM JBL comes out and announces that tonight will begin the tag contenders tournament with the winning team getting a tag title shot. He announces that 4 teams have signed up and 8 individuals. The 4 teams are former tag team champions, The Ascension, the team of Future Shock, Adam Cole and Kyle O’Reilly, as well as two new teams, the NXT Millenia combining newcomers Drake Manning and Erick Hawke and another new team called Arrogance consisting of Troy Silver and Cody Prince. Also the following 8 individuals have signed up for the Lethal Lottery portion and will be randomly teamed together: Tyson Black, Tomasso Ciampa, Nathan Reese, Michael Elgin, Chris Hero, Jayson Jones, Kyle Lassiter, and Kareem Jordan - Prior to the first match starting we see Adam Cole and Kyle O’Reilly in the back and Cole doesn’t seem real happy that O’Reilly signed them up for the tag contenders tournament and seemed more concerned about his LtHW Title and the fact he now has 2 matches tonight. Match 1: NXT Tag Contenders Tournament Round 1: Future Shock v. Tyson Black/Nathan Reese - O’Reilly and Reese started off the match. Cole made an uncharacteristic move by running around and pulling Black off the ring apron. O’Reilly used his speed and skill to take Reese down with a series of kicks. Reese used his power to get the advantage. Cole came in and attacked Reese from behind while O’Reilly was down. O’Reilly went to tag in Cole but he jumped off the ring apron and acted like something was in his eye. The second time he tagged in, got a few moves off and then tagged out right away. Reese was able to tag in Black who used his power to take control. Cole came in to help O’Reilly get the advantage but Black got control back and tagged in Reese. Cole tagged back in but immediately tagged in O’Reilly who took the brunt of Reese’s attack. Cole came in the ring and attacked Reese which allowed Black and Reese to win by DQ. WINNERS: Nathan Black and Nathan Reese - After the match O’Reilly pulled Cole away and asked what he was doing. Cole just brushed him off and told him to leave as he had another match next. Match 2: NXT LtHW Championship: Adam Cole © v. Ronin Reyes, Jr - Despite just wrestling, Cole came out on fire in this match going right at Reyes with some kicks and a suplex. Reyes was able to fight back and hit some high offense moves until Cole raked the eyes and hit another suplex. Cole continues attacking him. Reyes was able to move some moves. Reyes hit a crossbody off the middle turnbuckle followed up by a huricanrana and an arm whip. Reyes is in full control until Cole low blows him then hits him with an elbow. Reyes is able to reverse a kick and then hit a huge chop on Cole for a 2 count. Reyes hits a running dropkick and gets the 3 count for the win. WINNER AND NEW LTHW CHAMPION: Ronin Reyes, Jr. - After the match the cameras followed Cole to the back where he found O’Reilly and blamed him for losing the title by forcing him into a tag match. He goes to walk away but O’Reilly grabs his arm to apologize but Cole punches him and tells him that next week he would take it out on him. Match 3: NXT Tag Contenders Tournament Round 1: Tomasso Ciampa/Kareem Jordan v. NXT Millenia - Hawke and Ciampa started the match. Hawke hit a huge clothesline followed by a spinning back kick. Hawke is in control until Ciampa hits a legwhip take down. Hawke tags in Manning who is able to keep control. Jordan is able to get in the match but Manning keeps control on him. He tags Ciampa back in and he hits several moves to get control. Hawke clotheslines Jordan and Ciampa accidently hits Jordan from behind. Jordan is able to gain control with his speed but is sent over the top rope by Hawke. Back in the ring Jordan is able to get some offense and has Hawke down. Jordan takes Hawke down until Hawke reverses a move. Hawke tags in Manning and Manning tosses Jordan to the corner. Manning hits a big suplex on Jordan, but Jordan is able to tag in Ciampa. Manning hits Ciampa with a big clothesline then sets him up for a lifting backbreaker for the win. WINNERS: NXT Millenia Match 4: NXT Tag Contenders Tournament Round 1: Jayson Jones/Kevin Lassiter v. The Ascension - Lassiter started the match but immediately tagged in Jones and then left, leaving Jones to fend for himself and he was almost able to pull it off, but the constant 2 on 1 advantage by The Ascension ended up being too much for Jones. Both men get the tag to their partners. WINNERS: The Ascension - After the match Lassiter came back to the ring and beat down Jones. He grabbed a mic and said he didn’t care about tag team titles and definitely didn’t care about Jayson Jones. He said he in WNAW for 1 thing: To become the WNAW WORLD Champion. He dropped the microphone and left the ring. Match 5: NXT Women’s Championship: Heather Fierhart © v. Tifaany Queensbury - Tiffany rushed the ring and attacks Heather with a Thesz press. She hits some punches and gets a two count. Then she hits a swinging neckbreaker for a 2 count. Tiffany is still in control using several power moves. Heather reverses a punch and hits a belly to belly throw then several moves ending with a clothesline. Heather locks in a Cobra Clutch then throws Tiffany to the ground. She picks her up and does it again. Tiffany hits a float over DDT then a neckbreaker and a jumping knee drop. Tiffany is using pure brutality then changes it up with a dropkick. Heather reverses an irish whip and hits a power slam followed by a DDT for a 2 count. Tiffany gets up and hits a belly to back suplex for a 2 count. Heather sets Tiffany up for a sit out powerbomb for a 2 count. Tiffany tries to get some offense but Heather hits another powerslam then a spinbuster for the win. WINNER AND STILL NXT WOMEN’S CHAMPION: Heather Fierhart Match 6: NXT Tag Contenders Tournament Round 1: Michael Elgin/Chris Hero v. Arrogance - This match never really got started as Elgin and Hero argued about who was going to start and then fought on the outside of the ring and both got counted out. WINNERS: Arrogance Match 7: NXT Championship: Hamilton Jones v. Blake Evans © - Jones started off quick and strong knowing he would have to use his speed advantage to take down the more powerful Evans. Jones was able to get a few big moves in but Evans quickly used his power to take control. After several power moves Jones used his quickness to get control even hitting a big dropkick and getting a 1 count. Evans used an eye poke to gain control. He quickly gained the advantage with a huge powerslam and fists to the head. Evans hit a big slam for a 2 count. Jones got up and hit a kick and got a 1 count. Jones hit a big running senton for a 2 count then used his quickness to keep control, hitting a big leg whip and spinning legdrop foranother 2 count. Evans got to his feet and hit a clothesline on Jones. He let Jones get to his feet and showed some quickness for a big guy and then hit a huge chokeslam for a 2 count. Evans locked in a cobra clutch into a slam for the win to retain the belt. WINNER AND STILL NXT CHAMPION: Blake Evans

All four men went right at each other wanting the X-Division title match. Lethal with a facebuster on Bourne. King with a series of moves on Ion. Bourne with a bulldog and huricanrana on Lethal. Ion with a tornado DDT on King. Lethal with a cutter on Bourne for the win. WINNER: Jay Lethal - Bourne is seen in agony in the ring as Lethal is announced the winner and poses to the crowd. Swagger with a belly to back on Richards. Richards with a kick on Swagger. Haas with a big whip on Briscoe. Swagger with a big shoulder and legdrop on Richards. Hass for the save. Haas with a powerslam on Swagger and a jumping elbow drop. Briscoe with a superplex on Richards that actually breaks upa pin attempt by Haas on Swagger. Richards with a superkick on Briscoe and a Canadian Destroyer. 2 count Briscoe rolls up Richards.2 count. Haas 2 count on Swagger. Richards spinning headscissors takedown on Briscoe. Also included in the tournament will be Magnus, Hernandez, Drew McIntyre, and Kevin Steen. The Real Americans look at each other and walk to the back staring each other down. Match 6: Impact Tag Title Match: The Outlaws © v. Bad Influence WINNERS AND STILL TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS: The Outlaws Match 7: Impact Title Contenders Match: Austin Aries v. Samoa Joe v. Batista v. Bobby Roode - Batista, Roode, and Aries are all in the ring. Joe comes out next and him and Batista start jawing at each other. Batista exits the ring and charges at Joe taking him down with a spear. The two men get to their feet and get back in the ring. - Finally all 4 men are in the ring. Roode goes after Joe while Batista and Aries face off.Batista is taking Aries out with power. Batista knocked away a dropkick attempt. Joe with a belly to belly over the head throw and suplex. Aries with a diving uppercut on Batista. Aries with a flying elbow, Roode makes the save. Roode with a reverse atomic drop on Joe. Joe takes down Roode. Roode bodyslam and spinebuster on Joe. No one can make the save in time. WINNER: Bobby Roode

Beth Phoenix - Mickie got the first fall after hitting a reverse roundhouse kick. - Phoenix got the second fall after a Samoan Driver - James got the 3rd fall and the win after a jumping DDT. WINNER AND FIRST WOMEN’S CHAMPION: Mickie James - After the match Natalya appeared on the stage and pointed at the title motioning that she was here for the belt. Match 2: Tyson Kidd v. Justin Gabriel WINNER: Justin Gabriel - After the match Gabriel and Krueger kept beating down Kidd. Gabriel grabbed a mic and stated that he decided to bring in an old friend from South Africa and The Republic is here to take over the tag division. Gabriel then tells Kidd to find himself that next week Tyson will face his new partner Krueger and he will be shown why Gabriel has upgraded. - Before the match, GM Teddy Long stated that not only has SMACKdown acquired Natalya who we saw earlier in the evening but also the next women making her debut, Tamina. Match 3: Debut match: Tamina v. Dominique Lee - This match between two tough newcomers to SMACKdown was very competitive and physical. The finish came after a huge suplex throw on Tamina for the pin. WINNER: Dominique Lee - After the match Lee continued to beat down Tamina until Natalya came in to help then Beth Phoenix also made her way to the ring. Teddy Long came out and stated that next week the 4 women in the ring will face off for a chance at the belt. He then states that the following tag match will be between 2 new teams just signed to Smackdown. Match 4: The Hooligans v. Young Bucks - Two debuting teams went at it in the match. As expected this was a high octane match between these junior heavyweights. In the end Matt Jackson got the pin after a small package on London. WINNERS: Young Bucks Match 5: Rey Mysterio v. Sin Cara - Cara came out showing a lot more aggression in this match than has been seen from him before. This was a high flying fast paced match throughout. Cara kicked out of the 619 but got a lucky roll up for the win. WINNER: Sin Cara Match 6: The Usos v. Prime Time Players - These two teams have towed the line for SMACKdowns tag scene after the tag tournament to crown the first champions and they have put on come great matches but The Usos have always come out on top when it counted. The finish came after Young got hit with a superkick. WINNER: The Usos Match 7: Jeff Hardy v. Dolph Ziggler - Jeff Hardy hit the Twist of Fate and the Swanton for the win. WINNER: Jeff Hardy - After the match the two men shook hands and raised each others hands.
