WWE 2K19 Universe Mode - Brother

Hey guys! I'm going to do this universe in conjunction with my post WM30 alternate universe one that I've been doing and another retro one that I discussed in that thread. One thing I am going to change is, in order to support three universes plus other stuff on OS and being a college student, I'm going to just do match results and maybe some other small stuff and not include match details. This is so I can get things out quicker and it will make things a lot easier for me as I balance different things. Without further ado, this Universe will begin at Summerslam 2018, with my own changes to the results. They are as follows:

Rusev/Lana def. Andrade Almas/Zelina Vega

Drew Gulak def. Cedric Alexander to win the Cruiserweight Title

The B-Team (Bo Dallas/Curtis Axel) def. The Revival (Scott Dawson/Dash Wilder) to retain the RAW Tag Team Titles

Seth Rollins def. Dolph Ziggler to win the Intercontinental Title

The New Day (Big E/Kofi Kingston) def. The Bludgeon Brothers (Luke Harper/Erick Rowan) to win the Smackdown Tag Team Titles

Braun Strowman def. Kevin Owens to retain the Money in the Bank briefcase
After the match, Kevin Owens announced that he is quitting WWE.

Charlotte Flair def. Carmella and Becky Lynch to win the Smackdown Women's Title
After the match, Becky Lynch attacked Charlotte Flair.

Samoa Joe def. AJ Styles to win the WWE Championship

The Miz def. Daniel Bryan

Finn Balor def. Baron Corbin

Shinsuke Nakamura def. Jeff Hardy to retain the United States Championship
After the match, Randy Orton attacked Jeff Hardy.

Ronda Rousey def. Alexa Bliss by disqualification, Bliss retains the RAW Women's Title
After the match, Sasha Banks and Bayley attacked Ronda Rousey.

Before the main event, Braun Strowman came down to the ring and announced he would cash in on the winner of the match.
Roman Reigns def. Brock Lesnar to win the Universal Championship.
After the match, Paul Heyman raised Roman Reigns' hand in victory. Braun Strowman entered the ring, but the Shield music played and Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose appeared, and the Shield performed a Triple Powerbomb on Braun through the announce table.

The Undisputed Era (Kyle O'Reilly/Roderick Strong) def. Moustache Mountain (Tyler Bate/Trent Seven) to retain the NXT Tag Team Titles

Velveteen Dream def. EC3

Ricochet def. Adam Cole to win the NXT North American Title

Kairi Sane def. Shayna Baszler to win the NXT Women's Title

Before the main event, it is revealed that Johnny Gargano was Aleister Black's attacker. Gargano takes the mic and reveals that he and Ciampa were together all along, and pretended to split up in order to gain the NXT Title. Together, they are going to take over NXT. Gargano then lays down and allows Ciampa to pin him.
Tommaso Ciampa def. Johnny Gargano to retain the NXT Title
After the match, Aleister Black returns but gets beat down by Gargano and Ciampa. DIY stands tall with the NXT Title.

Oh, wow. DIY is together and as a heel unit? That should make for an interesting time for NXT to start! The main roster looks pretty similar, but is Paul Heyman with The Shield? That is going to be interesting to see!

RAW Week 1

Opening Promo: Paul Heyman is in the ring with Reigns, Rollins and Ambrose. Heyman announces that he knew Lesnar was going to leave for the UFC and that "they" wouldn't let him have the title, so Heyman joined up with the new Beasts of the WWE. Braun Strowman interrupts and says Reigns might have his brothers, but he has a family, and they are coming tonight and taking the Universal Title. Reigns announces that he will defend the title in the main event against Finn Balor, and Strowman says he'll cash in on the winner.

Bayley and Sasha Banks def. Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan. After the match, they announce that they attacked Ronda Rousey because they are tired of being overlooked and having someone who didn't put in the work overshadow them. Rousey comes out and announces that Angle has booked Ronda and Natalya vs. Bayley and Banks for next week.

Dean Ambrose (w/ Seth Rollins) def. Dolph Ziggler (w/ Drew McIntyre).

Triple H cuts a promo on the match vs. The Undertaker at Super Showdown.

Elias performs a song but is interrupted by Curt Hawkins.

Elias def. Curt Hawkins. After the match, Zack Ryder runs down and Hawkins and Ryder beat down Elias.

205 Live GM Drake Maverick introduces the Authors of Pain.

The Authors of Pain def. Titus Worldwide.

Alexa Bliss cuts a promo, announcing that she was able to keep Rousey at bay and now needs a new challenger for the titles, since Banks and Bayley are busy with Rousey. Nia Jax makes her return and beats down Bliss.

The B-Team def. The Revival to retain the Raw Tag Team Titles.

Roman Reigns def. Finn Balor to retain the Universal Title. Braun Strowman appears, but the Shield take him out before he can cash in. However, Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan appear and beat down Reigns, Rollins, and Ambrose. The show goes off the air with the three men standing tall in the ring.


Smackdown Live Week 1

Samoa Joe cuts a promo in the ring. He says oh Wendy, he did it, he brought AJ back home to her and Annie. Now he has the title, and he's gonna hold it and keep it safe, just like AJ is gonna do to his family. Tonight, he takes on Shelton Benjamin in a warm up match. AJ appears on the tron and announces that he will invoke his rematch at Hell in a Cell, inside the Cell!

Randy Orton def. Jeff Hardy by DQ.

Peyton Royce def. Naomi.

Rusev (w/ Aiden English and Lana) def. Andrade Almas (w/ Zelina Vega).

Shinsuke Nakamura cuts a promo, welcoming us to the United States of Nak-America. He announces an open challenge for the title. R-Truth answers and says even though he didn't beat Carmella, he's gonna get his shot right now. All of a sudden, The Miz hits a Skull Crushing Finale! Miz says Truth was never relevant and he's gonna take the US Title and make it AWESOME, just like he did to Daniel Bryan.

Shinsuke Nakamura vs. The Miz ends in a no contest when Daniel Bryan interferes. Paige comes down and announces Bryan and Brie Bella vs. Miz and Maryse for Hell in a Cell.

The New Day come out to celebrate their title win. Paige comes out and announces since the Bludgeon Brothers seemingly left for RAW, a trade has been made and the New Day will have new opponents next week. Out come The Revival, who are tired of losing to the ridiculous B-Team. They're going to take the Smackdown belts from the New Day instead and show why they are the Top Guys.

Samoa Joe def. Shelton Benjamin. After the match, Styles ran down and beat down Joe.

So Gargano let Ciampa beat the crap out of him for months so that Ciampa could win the NXT Title? I love the universe but man that makes no sense.

My logic behind it is that they were going out and being the focus of NXT and making the roster take notice of them. And how did Ciampa win the belt? By Gargano's failed interference, which we now know was no accident. Basically, they realized that they needed to go through pain to succeed and get the NXT Title, and now they are gonna be "co-champions" much like Owens and Zayn. Also, I think it's not the most unlikely thing for these two to get back together, when we've had 23234891 Owens and Zayn rivalries and reunions as well as Ambrose/Reigns forgiving Rollins multiple times.

Drew Gulak def. Colin Delaney to retain the Cruiserweight Championship. After the match, Gulak, Gallagher and Kendrick attack Delaney until Cedric Alexander and Akira Tozawa make the save. Alexander announces he will use his rematch clause at Hell in a Cell, and next week it will be Alexander and Tozawa versus Gallagher and Kendrick.


NXT Week 1:

Ricochet def. Adam Cole to retain the NXT North American Championship.
