Would be a crowded OF though in that situation. They do need an upgrade in LF, but if they got him, they'd also have Upton and Carrera on bench.

Only way I see it working is if Pagan is LF, Upton/Carrera are RF, Bautista is 1B. And then days they need Pearce, Bautista moves to RF and Pearce 1B.

Have the Orioles got anything in their system to suggest they could prize Quintana from the White Sox?

No, not even close I don't think. Quintana will take 3 top prospects, I'm not sure Orioles even have one

How about starting with a package of Chance Sisco, Ryan Mouncastle and Trey Mancini? Then maybe an arm in Jayson Aquino?

Is Mancini rated that highly? And would the O's give up Cisco?

No. You need a package equivalent to Sale. Which is 2 top 20 prospects and a couple other top 10 organization prospects.

Sisco is the only Orioles prospect in the top 100 and he's something like 99th. The White Sox rejected an offer from the Astro's which had their 3 top prospects, ranked overall as number 20, 35 and 54, so that puts in perspective how much they want and how far off the Orioles are
