I knew Julio would turn some heads this year. I didn't think it would be a full blown coming out party.

.. Seattle media always went into a hush when Junior comparisons started. This kid is better than Junior as a rookie in pretty much every way.

In all fairness to Junior though, he was 2 years younger, and had 2 less years of development.

I’m feeling a little more comfortable now with a three game lead over the Braves but the Mets are going to need at least one more bullpen arm unless Lugo fixed whatever has been broken and keeps pitching like last night. Their season will probably be decided by the twelve games they still have vs Atlanta
