Re: Buy Or Sell? Thread

Buy/Sell:

Ryan Howard wins NL MVP, drives in 45+ HRs, 120+ RBI, and hits .290.

...or just wins the MVP with really good numbers....

I disagree with the notion on Howard. Someone has to step in Utley's absence and I see Howard doing just that. I see him putting perhaps similar numbers from his MVP year.

Anyways, Buy on Johan pitching this year. I see him coming back in Late August- Early September.

Buy or Sell: Every team in the AL East will have a record of .500 or better.

Buy or Sell: Jose Bautista learns how to hit a changeup (he hit .116 against changeups last year I think) and surpasses 40 homers again.
Not sure he will hit thr change this year, but I see him getting 40.

B/S pujols hitting less than 35 HR thia year.

Sell, Pujols will be pitched around a lot, but he'll most like end up with 40 home runs again. At worst 38.

Buy or Sell: Chris Tillman .500 record or better, 160 IP this season.

Sell. But just because of the 500 record. not when they are in the AL East.
B/S: Teixiera continues his hot start and hits more than 45 HRS this year

This game is getting butchered. people are not directly answering the previous question but instead just answering random questions.

Sell: Even if Yankee stadium is a home run hitter's haven, Mark Teixeira has only cleared 40 home runs once in his career (2005). He has a good chance so far to hit 40. He has 39 in 2009, 33 in a downyear last season, but he seems to settle more in the 30's while mainly hitting in hitter's parks for most of the career.

@ rsox, I think it's fine if people want to answer random questions, just as long as they provide a Buy or Sell question afterwards.

B/S: Jaime Garcia sub-3.00 ERA, .500 record.
