Sucks for my Cubbies, the Astros are some guaranteed wins every year in the Central.

I don't necessarily dislike interleague play, but I definitely don't love it or want it all the time.

Agreed here as well. MLB missed their opportunity. I thought I remember reading somewhere years ago that they had only this much of a window to make that move, but as we can expect from MLB, they lacked the foresight to make it happen.

Seriously, kill inter league play, go back to two divisions with no wild card...soon I won't be able to tell MLB from NHL.

I really don't get the vitriol surrounding interleague play.

In my case it's because the Jays suck in NL ballparks.

Me neither. I just wish the scheduling was fair and made a lick of sense.

Phillies 2012 interleague opponents: Rays (3), Red Sox (3), Blue Jays (3), Orioles (3), Twins (3)
Braves 2012 interleague opponents: Yankees (6), Rays (3), Red Sox (3), Blue Jays (3), Orioles (3)
Mets 2012 interleague opponents: Yankees (6), Rays (3), Blue Jays (3), Orioles (3)

Good luck making the playoffs next year, Atlanta.

I just don't like it because I love the idea of the World Series pitting the winners of the two leagues and that being the only time a team from both leagues meet.

Mixing it all up kills it a bit, for me.

Making interleague year round, might as well rename the AL and the NL "American Conference" and "National Conference".

Plus the whole DH fiasco.
