Jays probably not bringing Belt back, so they'd have an opening at DH...

I can understand the Reds being sentimental about Votto, who's a part-time, oft-injured Mendoza line hitter at this point of his career. Doesn't really make sense with for any other team to sign him, particularly one with playoff aspirations.

The controversial decision to remove Berrios gets even more controversial.

Jays manager John Schneider hinted that it was managements decision to do so.

Now GM Ross Atkins is saying it was Schneiders call...
