Poor Jeff Samardzija. I know he's like "WTF... where is this when I take the hill?!?" lol

Re: 5/12 - 5/18 Game Discussion Thread

Braves just lost a replay on BJ Upton stealing 3rd. He was called safe as the tag went between his legs and I'm surprised that he was called safe as the throw beat him to the bag. Some how the call was overturned and I saw no way that you could tell whether or not he was tagged.

The NFL uses not enough evidence a lot. MLB has got to stop using normal umpire calls. They need to look at the video and not call it like well the ball beats him or the glove is there so he must be out.

They scored as many runs tonight as they have in all of Shark's starts combined... He's gonna do flips when he's finally traded

Re: 5/12 - 5/18 Game Discussion Thread

Mariners at 20-18 and second in the west for now. Not a big deal to most, but the Mariners haven't been over .500 past the 37th game since 2003. It's so nice to not have the season be over already by the end of the first month into the season. That can change quickly but still, it's finally fun again to follow this team.

Props to Seattle. I had there obituary ready about 3 weeks ago and they've been playing great ever since. I was wrong.

Jim Johnson is looking like an absolute horrible signing. The low spending A's spent $10 million on him this year?
