Division winners not getting homecourt in the first round=no more rivalries
The main reason the NBA don't have big rivalries anymore because of the rule change not all Division winners will get homecourt advantage in the first round only based on record
After that happened it killed the season because now teams don't even care about seeding just enough wins to make the playoffs or avoid the play in
To my old heads remember 2001 Vlade divac told the media if they win the division and win homecourt they would beat the Lakers?(lost in game 7) it was a battle
