Nice!!! I'm loving this thread, I'm seeing teams and combinations that are very intriguing. This looks like a prototypical starting five. Not as heavy on the star power, but all the pieces look like they fit real well together if you know what I mean?

Man, this thread just proves how many gifted players have worn a Lakers uniform, lol.

We could probably put together 2 or 3 Lakers teams that can all compete with a lot of the other teams' top 5

This should've been a poll.

But I would have to go with the Celtics. Hell, you could replace any of those guys sans Bird and Russell and still probaly have the best lineup.
