Going to be a really rough week. Hinrich out with a thumb injury for a while and that means Pargo will be seeing increased minutes. Oh my.

The Spurs' schedule might actually be worse

LA has played 4 road games compared to SA's 5.

But take a look at the upcoming for SA.... wow. Both LA/SA have crazy starts to their schedule.

And the Suns, from 12/6 to 12/17, play @LAL, @DAL, vs. Orlando, @ Denver (b2b), vs. San Antonio, @ Portland.

Not to mention twice against Cleveland, and closing out the month AGAIN with the Lakers and Boston.

We've gone on a five-game road trip already (Miami, Orlando, Boston, Philly, Washington), and another four gamer that we're currently in.

I just don't get why it has to be so imbalanced.

it's crazy to me. by the time they hit the road they'll be in midseason form. the first thing i thought was that was what stern wanted. may seem far fetched until you realize what a huge advantage it is to play that many games at home to start a season. while most teams are struggling to get their feet under them and win on the road, lakers will have had all that time to become a well oiled machine. not like they particularly need that but with artest and bynum back in the mix, they could use this time to build chemistry, and easily end up with the #1 seed again. either way, it's a big advantage for a team that doesn't need one, at all

LA isn't the only team with the weird scheduling.

They need no such advantage you're right so it really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.

BTW again, let's not act as if they don't have grueling road trips for the rest of the season. It's not exactly a good thing to have a first month of all home games... then have to go out on these extended road trips during the meat of the season to the end..

Stop crying

No one's crying. Don't be "typical".

There's no reason for it to be that unbalanced in EITHER way.
