Yeah, you wonder how that will all play out. Its just hard to imagine D'Antoni being the guy to deliver the necessary defense to go along with the offensive players they have. I have some ideas in mind for who might make them a better defensive team. Lawrence Frank is working with the Celtics now. Though, Frank isn't the architect of that defense, playing that kind of a defense would really help the Knicks. You don't need to be a great individual defender in that defense. The other guy I think could work is Mike Brown, whose forte is defense. Plus Mike Brown could make a good story line if the Knicks and Heat face in the playoffs.

Also guys.. I just watch the first half of the bulls vs heat game. They ran at least 10 sets in the first 6 minutes in the game. The one thing you do notice if they get a stop or rebound. They push the ball for easy points. They might have run iso 3-4 times. I don't get where you guys get that they don't run plays.

2nd half of the game. When the Bulls bench comes from behind and gets the lead. Tell me how many set plays they run then.

There is no denying that they have a playbook. Its just that in late game situations, I rarely see anything besides Iso plays.

He's been injured the last three years, which may also explain why they were trying to move them (remember they were dying to have him?). Even the years you're talking about, he averaged around 4 assists and 6.5 boards with his usual great percentages from 3 and the field. Healthy (assuming that will happen again at some point in his career) he is the perfect compliment to James and Wade.

He may actually be more comfortable finishing to the left... and honestly, I've seen him drive left for layups more than right personally.

^^ Yea I wanted to say that before but I didn't think it would hold much weight in here ^^
They think it is his weak hand. But its not... lol If Noah would have shaded him left. He would of went right... and vice versa. Can anyone find a stat of what precentage he shoots with both hands?

Isn't that what I said a few post back... lol (It was just that someone said before that they just have 4 guys standing around. Which isn't that case)

The problem right now is that when it gets late. They get away from the ball movement. They depend on pick and rolls and one on one plays. They just need to stick with the program and trust each other.

I also don't mind the rebound or stop push it rule they have. When you have LeBron James and Dwayne Wade. You have to let them free it up.

Cant say I'm mad at that gameplan. Wade is fast as a giselle on the break and Bron looks like a locomotive when running the floor with the ball. If you can buy some cheap buckets while the D is snoozing, I'm all for it. To bad it doesn't work for 48 minutes.

I dont think this is something that has been derived from the second half of a game. I think its more derived from the realization that they struggle against the teams that can really make you earn it in the half court. I think from knowing the results against teams that can maje you earn it in the half court, you can come to the conclusion that theyve struggled in the half court, whether they run plays or not.
