Re: Best PG prospects...

Knight has a long way to go as far as being a PG goes. He's a scorer first and is just now learning now to run a team. In high school he averaged 32 PPG and only 4 APG. He has tools and especially the brains to be an excellent PG, just needs to bring them all together. When I watch him play, I see a carbon copy of Jamal Crawford

Re: Best PG prospects...

to me a player like kemba walker is a dime a dozen... he'll probably put up decent stats on a bad team at the next level but really i don't think he'll ever really do anything

I think the biggest problem with this years pg prospects is a majority of them are small 2s. Irving has probably the best situation to improve being at Duke with Coach K and a good cast around him. Knight gets Calipari who's dribble drive system translates well to the NBA. Walker can flat out score but how well will he dictate an offense surounded by other scorers. Jimmer is an excellent college player but I don't think he can athletically translate to a good defender. Selby skills make me see more of a D Wade type then a pg.

Do you really see Fredette over those other guys with his athletic limitations. Besides Kemba he can probably outscore the others but what else are you gonna get from him?
