One tidbit I found interesting was him saying that Smart, at least statistically speaking, doesn't really impact defense much. And that holds true for perimeter players in general.

Said the real difference makers on defense comes from center play.

I'd have to go back and watch to make sure I'm not taking things out of context. But I was really surprised by that.
