Right around where we said 76ers want him. Its a very efficient 11 shots with a +30. Debut went about as well as they could have hoped

89 points combined for Maxey-Joel-Harden. As good as debut game. For the most, Doc stayed away from the all Bench lineups when it mattered besides when Maxey got in foul trouble. This is the type of aggressive Maxey we need. With him being a secondary playmaker and having more space, it should allow him to just focus on scoring. You noticed previously when he was thinking on the court. Would like more from Tobias, but the goal would be for him to be able to hold up on defense

Pelicans playing really well vs the Suns. You can really see the effect of CJ. He needs your attention.

Meanwhile, damn good game in Utah. I totally forgot the Mavs got Davis from the Wizards. That's a great fit.

They need to surround Luka with shooters but Davis isn't a good answer because he's such a liability on defense. Haven't watched a single minute of this game but I would guess he can get minutes because they can have him guard the Jazz bigs and not get hurt by it.

His minutes will end up fluctuating wildly game to game and will be dependent on if his defense allows him to see the floor

As you said that. He basically just let this dude drive right by him on a pick and roll in drop coverage. That doesn't happen .
