I think it's hilarious that in the clip against SD, they struggle to bring him down, and get lucky that he trips over his own player

Since most of the catches that come to mind were taken here's a couple of my favorites from CFL history:

Doesn't look so great on first blush but take a look at the replays. That was a great catch!

Tony Champions summersault catch in probably the greatest Grey Cup game ever. Skip to 2:06 to see it.

There was this diving catch Marvin Harrison made a few years back that was sick as hell but got no coverage. Wish I could find the video.
