3 year deal makes it more cap friendly, Chiefs left with only $2m in dead money. He served a purpose and will be replaced with hopefully a more reliable target. They aren't getting $10-15m/year in production out of him.

Paton - yes.

Russ wasn't Payton's choice and it was a terrible combination.

Or the year after next depending on perspective I guess.

Read something on The Twitter, in which someone said Russ wasn't terrible this year but Payton's coaching was. Idk how credible the person is and I also didn't watch a lot of Broncos games either. What's your opinion on that?
