Hines Ward crying

I had my share of championships but I've also been where Ward was in that interview although on a lesser scale and it is NOT something that people should make fun of. Anyone who makes fun of that has no F'ing clue how much most of these guys put all their heart in this game. They probably felt they let the Bus down too man and the Bus definately deserves to go out a winner.

The Steelers were a little tight against the cap, but the main reason he didn't get an extension is becaue he had 2 years left on his deal. The Steelers front office almost never give out extension unless a player is on his last year. But last year they gave an extension to Maddox because he was the starting QB but still getting paid like a back-up. This caused Ward to question the Steelers and he wanted an extention too.

I'm glad we'll get the see Ward play in Pittsburgh for the next couple years. He's one of my favorite players and he fits perfectly in Pitt. I'll be glad when they get his new contract done.
