How do you judge the potential of a player on your team or in the draft?

What does the interview go toward when drafting a player?

I believe interviews give you a rough idea on the players awareness.

DT Broderick Buntley who went to the Eagles should have 99 strength..he benched 225 44 times..thats 3 more reps than me...

Because at all football strength tests/combines/workouts 225 lbs, is the standard weight for bench press. I thought this was common knowledge.
