I don't know but haven't really looked into who will be available at any position. I was thinking of a player on the Marcus Robinson, Keenan McArdell, Keyshawn level. Gaffney has shown he has potential and Jackson should be better after a year but wrs aren't usually ready to "break out" until their 3rd year. I think they can get a guy around this level to help teach the youngin's (Robinson wasn't the best at that in B'more though) and also be more consistent if not explosive. I'm thinking Bobby Engram in Seattle type of influence.

Re: AFC Championship Game: Patriots at Colts

Not that it matters, but thought this was interesting...

League officials admit bad call was made

Quote:
“I talked to Dean Blandino in the league office and he confirmed what you’re saying,” wrote Ketchman. “Ellis Hobbs should not have been flagged for pass-interference. He didn’t make contact with the receiver and in no way did Hobbs impede Reggie Wayne’s ability to catch the pass. Blandino confirmed that the incorrect call was made. … Referee Bill Carollo made no reference to face-guarding in his explanation, but CBS analyst Phil Simms did. Apparently, he, too, doesn’t know the rule no longer exists. The next time you hear a TV analyst say, ‘he wasn’t playing the ball,’ think of the Hobbs play, then turn down the sound.”

Hmm... i didn't know that the face guarding rule no longer existed. In that case, it was definitely a bad call.

Re: AFC Championship Game: Patriots at Colts

Damn, that could've been huge.

If called incomplete, that would've made it 3rd and 7 from the 19.

Oh well.
