Randy Moss's new # the guessing is over

stallworth is keeping 18 and appearently moss has chosen to wear....no not 19 or 81 but #6 . Patriot's minis have started and moss is wearing number 6 on the practice field. so we'll see if it sticks . (some thought stallworth would give up 18 but it didnt happen and we knew Watson would not give up 84(moss's min #). That left Kyle Brady giving up #88 (moss's college #) and it seems that didnt happen .

so editors out there RANDY MOSS #6, ENGLAND PATRIOTS

They don't allow WR's to wear #6...it's just for mini-camp.

I know its against the rules so we'll see what happens. I personally dont think he'll stay #6 for a few reasons. I thought 81 would be cool since its 18 reversed and just 'make' johnathan smith give it up 'like he'll see a snap anyway' . All I know that as of right now he's wearing 6 in camp. besides who the hell wants to wear a number Rohan Davey wore anyway.

As for the actual subject, this doesn't mean anything. Deion Sanders wore #2 (his # at Florida State) for a while as his practice jersey, but wore #21 in the games he played in. WR's aren't allowed to wear single digit numbers, period. Just like Reggie Bush wasn't allowed to wear #5.

Yeah, this happens all the time. When Kellen Winslow was in camp his rookie year, he wore 11. I actually saw people get #11 jersey's made, and he was even #11 in Madden that year until the first roster update.
