MNF: 49ers @ Seahawks

An ugly matchup to be played in ugly weather. Sometimes these games are the best.

I'm calling a 49er upset 28-23...

Mike Nolan wins one for his father, former 49er coach Dick Nolan. His passing will lift any pressure on the team and they will play loose and with ease. Meanwhile the Seahawks are sputtering. They are playing with little fire, and on top of that they are injured with Alexander and Branch both out.

Alexander being out at this point helps Seattle... CHawks win!

Fact.

I think the Seahawks win this one at home, at least that's what I'm hoping for.

Eh... Maybe a little, but only because they've kept him in there with a cast on his hand.

If Frank Gore gets going, which may very well be the case considering the weather and his success against Seattle, it's gonna be a long night for the Hawks.

edit: Well, Gore is listed as questionable with an injured ankle. Though "questionable" usually seems to mean a nagging injury of varying degrees.

Re: MNF: 49ers @ Seahawks

I'd like to personally apologize on behalf of the FortyNiners to all those who are hoping for an actual football game tonight.
If we actually had a first round pick next year, I'd say tank it and look for bright spots, but since NE took care of that...

Please let us be respectable!

God I hate Alex Smith and everyone on the defense sans Willis.

Andy Lee my new favorite Niner.
