I'm thrilled Seattle won, because I don't think I could stand watching Washington for another week.

Re: NFC Wild Card: Redskins at Seahawks

I wanted Washington to win just for the great sports story that it is. If they had ANYTHING going for them offensively in the first half I think they could've won it but man that first half killed them.

Thank goodness the defense was as stout as it was.

i have been worried about seattle for a bit...Dallas has trouble against the pass, and the S'hawks seem all about it. Their pass rush is really good, too...and I don't trust JasonGarrett to RUN THE BALL enough to back 'em off...

I still say, when Dallas commits to run first, hard, and often, it will be over. they will win...at least the NFC

Question...

I've read on a few Skins board that are adamant that the Seahawks are piping in extra noise...this is all of course without any proof.

Anyone with a semi-neutral bias care to take a side?

I think the fans are the loud and the stadium was designed well. It's possible they are adding noise but, like you said, I have no proof either way.

I am a season ticket holder, and I don't know or how they could be piping in extra noise. The speaker system sucks and the crowd is so loud you don't hear down & distance, penalties, yards gained, etc from the PA announcer.

So far, the two "sources" are some dude's blog and 2 of the 3 radio guys for the Skins who have been described as being older than God and hard of hearing...
