Re: Trouble Looming for Randy Moss?

Moss has responded publicly to the allegations, claiming that the woman in question injured herself in some other manner and then called Moss with a "pay me X amount of dollars or I go to the press before the game" demand.

We'll see how this all plays out in days to come.

Might be the Moss homer in me, but I just love watching him play. Nobody in the NFL can change the face of a game like Moss can, in my honest opinion.
May just be wishful thinking on your part. They did sign another pretty good downfield threat who hasn't done much at all this year b/c there aren't enough balls to go around. They also have a great TE who's numbers went down this year for the same reason. None of these guys could do what Moss did this year, but they have plenty of depth at WR and the media could then actually mention how great their defense is. Undefeated going into this week without Moss? Maybe not... still probably the best record in the league.

I'm amazed there isn't more hatred for Moss so far. I guess a year can really change perceptions. If this were last season everyone would be slicing his throat by now, but because he has been the *perfect* model citizen everyone seems to be giving him the benefit of the doubt.

I just listened to Moss on ESPN discussing this matter. I notice two things 1) He really likes playing in NE, and he really likes his team mates and head coach, 2) He has matured greatly.

Re: Trouble Looming for Randy Moss?

dont know what happened hear obviously

but extortion does happen sometimes (especially to people with money). Just because someone is accused of something doesnt make it so.

but again, dont know if Moss is guilty or not.

Well one thing is for sure, he is a liar. He said he never put his hands on any woman in an angry manner before, when in fact he strangled the mother of his child and was cited for domestic violence in the mid 1990's.

people liked to pile on with Moss but he hasn't really done much worth hatred... unless you're a raiders fan.

Was he ever convicted?

It's all hearsay unless he was convicted.

THOUGH... wasn't the crossing guard he hit with his car a female?
