Week 2: Titans @ Bengals

Tickets for this game (1st home game mind you) are out on StubHub starting out as low as $28, which is unheard of, to my knowledge, in the Marvin Lewis era.

I really have no clue what will happen in this game. Honestly, I don't care. I'll have my face planted in a Microeconomics book studying instead of watching the game.

Honestly, the Titans should crush the Bengals.

But, it's the NFL, so anything can happen.

Tuesday night for grad school. I have to study all weekend because I won't have much time during the day on Monday or Tuesday due to work. Plus, I have a different class on Monday night. Still getting used to this whole school thing again after being away for 9 years.

And, yes, I think Kerry Collins might lead a big win over the Bengals. I really hope the Bengals will be fired up after last week but I don't know anymore. They didn't seem very into it against Baltimore especially when nobody felt like chasing down Joe Flacco on that TD. The guy is 6-6 and has no wheels!

Re: Week 2: Titans @ Bengals

Haynesworth wasn't in last year. The D was killed in all 3 games he wasn't.

Good news for Cinci fans - he may not be in this matchup either. He suffered a concussion against the Jags. He came back in that game, even got the game sealing sack, but he claimed he didn't remember anything but that play after the game. Not very good. He hasn't practiced yet this week.

Without AH, the Titans D is a total wildcard.

Re: Week 2: Titans @ Bengals

Someone sent me a quote today from Carson Palmer talking about AH being "a man amongst boys;... does what he wants." Obviously, after what he went through in Baltimore, he must be having nightmares about Haynesworth. If he's out because of a concussion, I think Carson can breathe somewhat easier. Although, the guys left on the line (The Freak, Vanden Bosch, etc.) should still make him plenty jumpy.

Re: Week 2: Titans @ Bengals

This will be one of the few Bengals games I watch this year......and I'm not too excited about it.
