With the Vikings, the crux of the problem is Brad Childress. Granted, Tarvaris is a below average QB, but it's just Brad's "system" that needs to be scrapped immediately because it doesn't work.

If Minny loses their next game I wouldn't be surprised if the owner fires Childress.

Other guys that need to be out of the job? Crennel, Herm the Sperm (whoever originated that thank you!) and Marvin Lewis (the man is in hell)

GMs? Peterson (been in KC way too long) and Angelo (just an idiot)

Re: Coachs or GM that needs to be fired

I would be surprised. Coaches generally don't lose their jobs midseason, especially when there's 13 more games to turn it around. I wouldn't be surprised if we parted ways with him after the season concluded, predicated on how the postseason plays out (or if we even make it into the postseason). If these two games were an indication at all of how the rest of the season is going to be, then we most likely are not turning it around and Childress is a goner, but again it's a very small sample size so who knows.

Re: Coachs or GM that needs to be fired

Wade Phillips. He's useless.

Jason Garrett should be the head coach of this team. For all practical purposes, he already is. He's the only one the players take seriously or fear.

No one here takes Wade seriously. He's like that embarassing uncle who tells you to pull his finger.

Wade's defense is nothing special. He looks like a fan who won tickets to stand on the sideline for the game. He's only here so Jerry can do whatever he wants and not feel bad about it.

I wish they'd go ahead and insert Garrett, and promote Dave Campo to defensive coordinator, which he's very good at, and re-install the 4-3. I hate the 3-4.
