rams did beat the skins last week. they are an NFL team. Sunday showed that anything is possible.

Re: Source: Romo WILL play Sunday

I think this is stupid on Romo's part. Apparently he spoke with Favre who urged him to play on Sunday. It'll be very funny if Romo were to have multiple fumbles, throw the ball offline 90% of the time and cost the Cowboys the game. Now not only Green Bay fans will hate Favre forever but Cowboys fans will wanna lynch him

If he can do it without hurting his team, and without further injuring himself, more power to him.

Since it's on his passing hand though, it's only going to take banging it on one helmet, or getting it pinned while being hit one time, and you could be looking at a longer time without him.

Re: Source: Romo WILL play Sunday

I don't/won't hate Favre forever but it will be hard for me to forgive him for the crap he pulled this offseason.

Oh yea, and interesting tidbit right here:

Quote:
Green Bay - After reading about how Brett Favre called Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo recently to offer encouragement and advice as to how to deal with his pinkie fracture, you may have wondered whether Favre did the same with Aaron Rodgers as he dealt with his sprained shoulder.

Favre didn't.

Asked whether it bothered him Favre called Romo and not him, Rodgers said: "Nope. That doesn't really bother me. At all."

He then flashed a big smile. Read into it what you will.

I'm sorry, I don't care if your idol is the icon of durability that is Brett Favre, you sit if you break a finger on your throwing hand. Particularly against the Rams.

As much as I'd like Romo to play, if he indeed has an issue fumbling the football with ten good fingers, that's only going to get exacerbated with just nine.

Geez, the guy couldn't hold on to the ball when there wasn't anything wrong with his finger. What makes him think he's gonna hold onto it with a broken one.
