I'm trying to see how you came up with Philly having the most passionate. Are you basing that off of none of ya'll teams not winning a championship in the last 2-3 decades but ya'll still sticking with them regardless? That's just saying that you are loyal to your teams regardless of what they do.

But saying (insert city)having the most passionate fans is kind've overrated to me because there's really no way of telling that unless you're from (insert city).
