Depends on the team. Hell, if the team absolutely sucks, I may even be willing to go with a certain QB that everyone despises.

Warren Moon.

I know people poo poo the CFL but you have to put those stats in there. He's the 2nd leading passer of all time behind Damon Allen. I'm obviously not going to say Allen because he didn't play a single down in the NFL but Moon spent a substantial part of his career down south and had HOF worthy numbers there plus his already HOF numbers in the CFL.
