Just once I would love a player to say "Yes it was my weed. I love smoking weed. Just try it America, then tell me why I am going to be suspended from my job."

I just wish these athletes would use their status to be prideful potheads, not too much to ask is it? Take the pros of marijuana to the public instead of issuing a PR apology written by some lawyer or team rep.

I'm curious to he if he get a suspension. Its his first offense, and a misdemeanor, which typically means the NFL Drug Program which includes being tested more often. He was arrested twice before, but with the assault the case was dismissed and the charges dropped. The other was something like not clearing an area as ordered by a police officer which was a misdemeanor.

He was suspended by the team for the Giants game though.
