Marty is such an under appreciated coach. Especially the way that things ended in San Diego.

He would be an incredible upgrade for Cleveland.

How many AFC Championships did it take Cowher to get to and WIN a Super Bowl? I am thinking it is 3-4.

Get to a SB? That would be 2. He lost to SD the year SD was destroyed by SF. The after that he got to the SB and lost to the Cowboys.

Win a SB? 4 more AFC championship game tries, so 6 in total.

As a Steelers fan this move would scare me. I have always respected Marty and the way his teams play football.

He would;d be a perfect coach for this division.
