Defense has been better, but will they go back to sitting in 3 deep when Denver spreads the field? I would bet we're going to see a whole lot of shotgun, empty backfield from Denver. It's what Shanahn used in the first game, it's what's killed SD the last two years, and Denver is banged up at RB.

If I were a betting man, I bet Shanahan spreads the field the whole game.
I'd agree, but you have to take into account how much better their defense has been playing as of late.

It isn't the same team from the first quarter of the season.

I'm glad this is the flex game, it's poetic justice after week 1 in Denver, basically whoever wins this game is in - I wonder if Ed Hocules is calling this game? lol

Whoever ends up winning deserves to be there, but still at either 9-7 (Broncos) or 8-8 (Chargers) it will be a crazy and extremely difficult road to do anything during the playoffs, but just getting there will be worth it for either team.

As for the loser..... wow I wouldn't want to be in the locker room of the losing team after this game.

Go Broncos!

Yes I'll play the sour grapes card 15 weeks later.

The simple fact is the Chargers should have wrapped up the division after yesterday's results if it weren't for the debacle that was week 2.

If the Broncos do win Sunday I'll gladly take the Colts -21. That's how deserving the Broncos are of making the playoffs in my opinion.

Ed Hochuli breathed a sigh of relief yesterday. He won't be determining the winner of the AFC West after all.

San Diego is a lot like Dallas. Stumbling their way into the playoffs perhaps, but no one really looks forward to playing them if they get there.

Except the Cardinals have a more recent win than Dallas in the playoffs.

Man. I hate this. Why do the Chargers have to be in the Playoffs. I don't want to go to San Diego. I WANNA PLAY DENVER IN THE FIRST ROUND!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHH! GO BRONCOS PLEASE!

The division would be a done deal if it wasn't for the mistakes in week 2. So if Denver wins he will have had a direct effect on how the West was won.
