"We didn't expected this season to go the way it went, but it did, and we tried to adjust considering everything that happened to us." Crennel will meet with team owner Randy Lerner on Monday, heightening the likelihood the Browns' embattled coach will be fired one day after Cleveland concludes its dismal season. Lerner, wanted to wait until after the season out of respect for Crennel, who carried a 24-40 record in four seasons. Crennel was also 0-8 against the archrival Steelers and just 5-18 inside the AFC North.

I've got to say, Randy Learner is not going to wait.

He wants Romeo gone, then he wants a GM so the GM can do the coaching hire.

Most expect Romeo gone tomorrow...I think he may be gone some time tonight. Which is good, because Randy doesn't want to waste time. Good job Randy!
