There's nothing arguable about Ngata. He's the key to arguably the best defense in the league.
I'm sorry, I think Williams is a better DE than Cromartie is a CB. Cromartie and Ngata play on better teams and get more exposure. But Mario Williams stands out on a mediocre defense. He's the difference maker on his defense, not saying the other two aren't.....but not to the level as Williams.

I've never rated defenders by the teams they play on.....great defensive players stand out on any team they play on.

It's easier to stand out on a defense without anyone else that stands out. It's more difficult to standout on a defense full of stars.

I cannot believe we traded Ngata to the Ravens for Kamerion "One Move" Wimbley and Babatunde Oshioutofthenfl.

Another great Phil Savage move.

I agree and disagree. You can be the beneficiary of a great defensive scheme/talent and furthermore it can get you alot more exposure. Obviously, I think all three guys can contribute wherever but the other two guys have this advantage while Mario Williams doesn't....and he still has similar impact/accolades.
