Dear God, are you serious?

The only reason Big Ben is still alive is because the guy is like an Iron Elephant.

Big Ben seems to be a little more physically tough, and resilient than most Quarterbacks. I've seen him take some vicious hits that he jumps right back up from, where as other QBs might spend a little longer on the ground.

It was pretty good when he broke into the league. It's terrible now...although they did step up during the playoffs and played better.

It was definitely above average when he came in as a rookie but at the same time it was much better at run blocking than pass blocking. It's definitely in the bottom third in the league right now but you're right, they did really band together in the playoffs but still weren't anywhere near elite like that guy was saying.

No, you go read.

Our line was a mess of injuries last year. We had our worst overall rushing output in years.

And for the record, Ben does not get sacked for a lack of protection. He get's sacked because he thinks he's John Elway, holding the ball way too long and trying to make a play. Indeed, he's been rewarded with two rings playing this way.

I'd say it's a combination of both. There are times when Ben holds onto the ball too long and takes a sack trying to make a play happen (and sometimes he does make that play). There are also times the OLINE has been completely over matched (the Philly game last year is a great example).

Yeah, I probably over stated the point here.
