top 10 season performances according to nfl.com

http://www.nfl.com/nflnetwork/story?...s&confirm=true

A couple of things that stand out to me.
First, 3 of the top 10 performances are rookies. Secondly, Tom Brady of 2008 isn't in the top 10. Thirdly, 2 people played in Nebraska, Dick Night Train Lane and Roger Craig.

Why would Tom Brady of 2008 be on there?

I think Dan Marino's 1984 season was more impressive than Peyton Manning's 2004. Marino threw for 5084 yards (still the record today), 48 TD passes beating the previous record by an amazing 12 TD passes, and took his team to the Super Bowl in only his second year.

Yea, I did. I just can't believe that was almost 2 seasons ago. The years are passing me by.

I agree that Dan Marino should in there instead of Peyton Manning, also, it was Dan's second year!

I saw this way back when... and they showed it a few days ago on NFL Network. I think Night Train should've been like number one. Also, you guys are right, Danny M should've been on the list... Btw, how come they don't count Mr. Hester's missed field goal reutrns as return TDs?

Homer Alert...

LT's 2006 campaign was about as good of a season as I have ever seen a RB put up.
