I did know him...not well, but I knew him. He did have some trouble dealing with what he saw in combat, as a lot of vets do. But he was a great young man, who served his country and my beloved Ole Miss. There is no reason to talk bad about a man like that once he has passed, when he can no longer defend himself from what people say.

I don't care what happened and how bad/good a person he was. Whenever someone dies at the age of 27 it's a tragedy. That is way too young an age to die. RIP to him and good luck to his family.
